Overview

Do you take insurance, and how do payments work?

I accept cash-paying clients. Payments are accepted via Zelle 48 hours prior to each of your scheduled nutrition visits as confirmation of your attendance.

I have some GI symptoms, but I do not have a clear diagnosis yet. Can I book an appointment?

It is best to have a diagnosis from your gastroenterologist or your primary care physician before booking your initial nutrition visit. Your diagnosis will decide the nutrition plan that is right for you. In addition, as GI symptoms are similar across different GI disorders, you need to find out what is the correct medical treatment for your specific disorder. After you have been diagnosed, I will be happy to help you with a nutrition plan that’s right for you.

Are you a FODMAP Diet Specialist?

Yes! I have been trained by Monash University on the low FODMAP Diet. Monash University created the concept of FODMAPs and has been the leader in the research on the low FODMAP diet for IBS. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics.
